Can the person who scans see my phone number?
No. Every alert goes through SafeTagNow. They never see your number, and you only see theirs if they choose to share it.
Do they need an app or an account?
No. Any phone camera opens the scan page in the browser. They just need mobile data or Wi-Fi.
How will I get alerts?
By SMS, WhatsApp and email at the same time, so you see it on whichever you check first.
Can I protect more than one thing?
Yes. Your car, bike, bag, laptop, keys and pet can each have their own tag, all in one account.
Can I reply to the person who scanned?
Yes. Tap the link in the alert and send a quick reply. No login needed.
What happens in an emergency?
Emergency alerts always go through instantly, and your emergency contacts are alerted too.
What if someone sends fake or repeated alerts?
Repeat alerts from the same phone are blocked for a while, and every tag has hourly and daily limits.
Is my name or address on the sticker?
No. The sticker shows only a QR code and a short code. No name, number or address.
I bought a pre-printed sticker. How do I start?
Your pack has a separate card with a 6-digit PIN. Choose "Activate a sticker", enter the code from the sticker and the PIN, and the tag is yours. Keep the PIN card safe and never stick it on the item.
Is SafeTagNow an emergency service?
No. It helps people reach you. In a medical emergency, accident or crime, call your local emergency number first.
